Read This If You Still Think You’re “The Bad One”

Read This If You Still Think You’re “The Bad One”

This is for you if you replay every mistake before bed.

- This is for you if one bad season made you think you’re a bad person.
- This is for you if “I’m the problem” or "I'm not a good person" is the loudest voice in your head.

- This is for you if you hide the kind parts of you because you fear they’re not enough.
- This is for you if you give and give, hoping it will finally make you “good.”

This is for you if you’re ready to believe both can be true at the same time.

I’ve done things I’m not proud of.
And I’m still a good, growing person who can change, repair, and show up better.

For a long time I carried the story that I was the “bad one.” Maybe carrying others' projections and maybe being heavily shamed and criticized.
No matter how much love I gave, how much I people-pleased, how much I said yes and smiled, I still felt like a horrible human on the inside.

Now I’m learning a new truth:
my mistakes are real, my growth is real, and both can live in the same body.

You are allowed to hold yourself accountable and see your goodness.
You are allowed to learn, to repair, and to walk forward with your head held higher.

If this resonated with you today, darling, save this, share it with someone who needs it,
and read that line again:

You have done things you’re not proud of.
You are still a good, growing person.

Best
